This policy establishes a structured framework to provide equitable career preparation, internship and placement opportunities through transparent processes, employer engagement and responsible student participation.

The Institution shall implement this policy through approved roles, adequate resources, documented procedures, transparent communication and measurable review. Decisions and exceptions shall be recorded and authorized by the competent authority.

- The Cell shall publish annual training and placement plans based on branch-wise skill gaps and employer expectations.
- Student profiles shall be verified from institutional records before sharing with employers.
- Employer/agency authenticity and role details shall be checked before campus engagement.
- Eligibility, compensation, location, bond/service conditions and selection stages shall be communicated as received.
- Training may include aptitude, communication, technical skills, coding, group discussion, interview, resume and workplace readiness.

- Internships shall have approved learning objectives, supervision and completion evidence.
- Placement attendance, offer acceptance, multiple-offer and withdrawal rules shall be published and applied consistently.

- Sensitive student data shall be shared only for legitimate recruitment purposes through approved channels.
- Placement statistics shall distinguish offers, unique students placed, internships, higher studies and entrepreneurship.

Non-compliance may result in corrective action, withdrawal of access or benefit, recovery of loss, disciplinary action, referral to a statutory body or other proportionate action after due process.
