How the institution will use your data
Your application data and uploaded documents will be maintained and used only for recruitment, HR administration, authorized educational or institutional verification, selection, appointment processing, statutory reporting, accreditation, and related internal academic purposes.
- Your data will not be sold, rented, traded, or used for advertising, marketing, commercial lead generation, profiling, or any unrelated business purpose.
- Your data will not be shared with unrelated persons or organisations.
- Access is restricted to authorized HR personnel, institutional authorities, selection committees, and technical administrators only where their duties require it.
- Limited disclosure may occur only for authorized credential/background verification, statutory, regulatory, accreditation, audit, legal, or law-enforcement requirements.
- When you voluntarily provide an ORCID iD or Scopus Author ID and give the separate research-profile consent, authorized HR, Admin and Principal users may open the corresponding public profile, retrieve public publication/citation metadata and save institution-verified category counts, profile metrics and review remarks only for recruitment, HR, educational/institutional and research-credential verification. No applicant password, applicant OAuth token or account-control credential is collected.
- Data will be retained only for the period reasonably required for the above purposes and applicable institutional or legal requirements, after which it will be securely deleted, anonymized, or archived under restricted access.
